Pretty sure Synology and QNAP don’t want you mucking with the kernel. Add the Debug logs so Chuck can see what is happening.

Didn’t copy anything, neither did I chance a path or HardwareDevicePath. I set up Plex via docker according to your guide, which enabled me to use HDR-tonemapping in hardware. Only ran it a few times though. But besides that I haven’t made any changes.

On Synology, all you need to do is install Plex Media Server 1.29.1.6260 or later.

No adding drivers, mucking with the kernel, etc required.
