My server is offline and I can’t get it back up. Every time I try to install it, I get a Setup Failed error. I am trying to install version 1.13.5.5291-6fa5e50a8.

Did you use Revo Uninstaller or CCleaner or other “Registry Optimizers”?
If so, please don’t in the future. These are mainly ‘snake oil’ and create more issues than they solve.

No, I haven’t used those. I did try the Microsoft Fixit from your post. It didn’t find anything.

I have not been able to find any part of this line in the registry:
C:\ProgramData\Package Cache{2505AB18-0108-47B3-B335-3FE067556E95}v1.13.5291\pms-shutdown.msi
I have searched for the entire line and for parts of the line. Am I looking for the wrong thing?
Reboot your Windows.
Download the installation file again, maybe use a different web browser.
If it still errors out, use the FixIt! to install it.
Well, rebooting worked! Not sure why. I have rebooted between tries, but was still getting the error. Whatever! Works now! Thank you!!
