Can't install new updates to Media server

Server Version#: 1.15.3.876
Player Version#:
Plex server will no longer update. Tried to manually update using version 1.18.0.1846, however it stops looking for folder containing PMS-shutdown.msi. Cant locate it.

You used an “uninstaller” software or a “Registry cleaner”, right?
Don’t. These are mostly snake oil´and do more harm than good.
