Yes you can, but keep in mind that the jack output on the rpi is not really good.

Thank Ledge74 !By "not really good" you mean, "it's not good for listening music but that fine for a movie" or "it is bad, look for an other solutionCan I upgrade it ?
You may get pops, crackles, buzzes, known issue on all Raspberry Pi's running any OS, B+'s are supposed to be better but in my opinion not much.

No, bluetooth audio is not possible in Rasplex, you can pair a bluetooth speaker but it will not play anything. Have you looked at an HDMI sound splitter, some people seem to have had some success, try searching the forums for it.Hi,
thank you.
Do you think I can use a Bluetooth ubs adapter ? and can I have a better sound with it (the idea is to avoid the jack output) ?
if yes, how can I setup it in rasplex ?
(I found this : https://www.thinkpenguin.com/gnu-linux/bluetooth-usb-adapter-setup-raspbian-raspberry-pi, but this is for Raspbian....)

[EDIT] So according to this:
https://forums.plex.tv/topic/138824-stream-music-over-bluetooth-is-it-possible/?hl=bluetooth
and this :
https://forums.plex.tv/topic/117415-dongle-bluetooth-belkin-doesnt-work-on-rasplex/?hl=bluetooth
the answer is no.... :(
So any possibility to have a decent sound ? Can HifiBerry help ?

Why don't you just use the HDMI audio? I have almost the identical setup, but I route via an A/V Receiver:
RasPlex -- via HDMI --> Receiver -- via HDMI --> Projector
Works like a charm and it supports DTS/DD.
