Setup unsupported tuner

I am trying to setup a generic tuner, which Plex seems to find:

So I get to the next screen which looks good:

But when hitting “Scan Channels” it’s asking for:
We need some more information before proceeding with the channel scan.
Then shows an empty text input?

2 questions: what am I supposed to put in there and why can’t I select ATSC for Canada?
