Tuner (Mygica A681B) is recognized and scans, but shows no channels. [Windows - USA]

Hi there - I recently bought this USB tuner and was able to get its drivers installed as well as its proprietary software (HiDTV) scanning and working to pick up local TV. However, when I go to Plex, it detects it but does not find any channels. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers/software, usb ports, and resetting my computer, with the same results.

Any troubleshooting advice you can offer is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
