I tried to setup my Netstream 4C Tuner (Geniatech eyetv, DVR-C), which is connected to my LAN. In Plex > Live TV & DVR, my Netstream 4C is detected. I states Elgato Systems - EyeTV Netstream 4C" and “Cable” and "0 Channels (scan required). I then type my postal code > Next, and then a windows “Tuner Setup” appears with “Awaiting channel scan”, 12:00 blinking. When clicking on “SCAN CHANNELS” nothing happens. My Netstream Tuner works fine with the eyetv software, however, how can I set it up in Plex?

The Tuner is not officially supported but recognised. However, if I click “SCAN CHANNELS”, nothing happens. Any idea how I can setup my tuner which is running fine with the EyeTV software?
I use tvhproxy with my unsupported tuner, could try that
