Setup won't accept postal code

We moved and I need to update Plex for our new home. The SiliconDust turner found the channels no problem. I updated to the lastest version of Plex, 1.10.1.4561. I enter the zip code, but the Continue button won’t change to accept it. Right after I entered the zip code, a slight glimpse of a circle moving after the postal code box appeared then disappeared. I’ve reinstalled and restarted the Plex server. Logged out of Plex and logged in again. I’ve also restarted the browser. All of this a couple of times. Still no joy. I’ve searched for some other ideas, and haven’t found anything that worked.

Please keep in mind all this previously worked only a few weeks ago.

Any ideas or suggestions.

Try a different zip code that is near or try a different browser. Setup seems to be sensitive to browsers.

I tried about a dozen zip codes for the St. Louis area both with Chrome and Firefox. I run Ubuntu on my desktop.

I have now done the installation, logout/login, etc. from both Firefox and Chrome. Still not able to get the zip code entered when setting up the DVR.
