During the DVR Setup, I enter a zip code and nothing happens. The “continue” button remains greyed out. Please see screenshot below. I’ve tried on Firefox and Chrome. Any ideas?

I’m in the UK so it’s different, but I remember having to do it a few times (delete, re-enter) before thee bottom became “active”.
After further investigation, this appears to be a longstanding issue that has yet to be resolved by Plex:

Thanks to everyone for the input. It sounds to me like this functionality will be hit-or-miss until someone at Plex realizes it is a big deal.
So, a couple of things:
If you had read to the end of the thread (always recommended) you would have seen it was resolved in less than 48 hours
But it’s really a moot point since Plex has changed guide providers on July 1 and there appear to be issues for some folks.
As a short-term work around, you can try nearby zip codes in case there’s some kind of mismatch / missing data for the zip code issue for the zip code you’ve entered.
Unfortunately quality control in the last 2 years has dropped off. Even since they revamped the UI.
Having the same issue having just updated to the lastest server software 1.16XXX. I enter the UK poscode and then nothing happens.
Mine has stoped working as well in the UK !
Seriously considering ditching Plex. It’s too time consuming trying to keep up with their lack of support. Paid for a year Plex pass. Cancel that and move on I think. Might start just watching DVDs and Netflix again. Lol.
Hi guys, please upgrade to PMS 1.16.2 which was just released (https://www.plex.tv/media-server-downloads/). This should resolve the setup issue. If it doesn’t please provide PMS logs that cover your DVR setup and I’ll dig into it.
Oh great. That means it’ll be about a month before I have access to it via TerraMaster.
It’s like we’re constantly using beta (or even alpha) software sometimes.
I am having exactly the same issue - no option to add a post code at all in Australia and no way to proceed with the setup. I have tried the latest public and beta releases of Plex Server.
