I have Plex Media Server and bought the Plex Pass. I confirmed this through the server. I have had this working on a different server, but when I set up the new one, I can’t get the DVR to work. When I try to install it, I get to the page where you download the program guide. It will not let me put more than 2 digits in the Postal Code field. If I put my entire zip code, “29063”, it does nothing and the Continue button is greyed out. If I put in one or two digits, “29”, I can punch the Continue button, but it goes to a page where there are satellite choices, like DirectTV. None of them work for my setup.
What am I doing wrong???
