This problem just started this evening at 6PM. I am in the US. I have 2 tuners connected to my server. I could not find the Guide/Lineup name, but I’m guessing it is whatever was the default when I set my server up.

For now it is just a few channels on 1 of my tuners (NOT all channels on that tuner, just a few). And they show unknown airing from 6PM on.

The data refreshed normally this morning and I restarted the player. Still nothing. So I manually refreshed the data and restarted the player. Still nothing.

Update: It is a few channels on BOTH tuners. All PBS stations (3), 1 station associated with my NBC affiliate (but NBC is still listing the guide), 1 station associated with my CW affiliate (but CW is working), and 2 stations that I don’t know the affiliation.

Same thing here. PBS stations, Bounce TV and ION Mystery.

Refreshed the guide just now and the guide for those channels seems to be back

Update 5/31/2023 - I see that Plex is working on the issue. Yesterday my guide data returned. Today only 1 channel has no data. BUT the issue (I’m assuming related) has grown - several of my scheduled recordings have been affected. The schedule appears in the “recording priority” column but when you see the show in the guide it does NOT show it is set to record and it does NOT show in the list of programs to record for that day. Some are “record all” and some are record just 1 episode. I deleted each item I found in the “recording priority” and added them back in from the guide. That seems to have worked for now.

Having the same problem. The majority of my scheduled recordings have been orphaned from their guide data/show it seems. Had to go and recreate the scheduled recordings for them to properly schedule again. Once i do that i wind up with two versions of the same show in DVR scheduling and need to delete the old. Hopefully doesn’t happen again.

Just came here after looking around for details about the same problem. I also have two HDHomerun Flex 4K tuners.

Guide data gets downloaded for channels found on the first tuner, but not for those on the second one.

Tried removing and re-adding all the tuners, but this had no effect. A manual guide refresh also failed to bear fruit.

I kept playing around with the problem on my machine, and what DID work was completely deleting the DVR, restarting the Plex server, refreshing the web app, and re-creating the DVR, setting up the two tuners again. For whatever reason, merely removing and re-adding the tuners did not offer the usual selection page to pick the guide sources for each channel and to enable/disable channels in the guide.

Also for reasons I don’t know, just removing the DVR and re-adding it didn’t succeed; after setting up the first tuner, Plex stopped seeing the second tuner until I deleted everything, restarted everything, and started over again.

Once I did all of that, I got complete guide data, but I noticed a different somewhat obnoxious problem that I’ll highlight in a different post.
