Several Problems with Connecting to Server

Hello, I’ve been having some issues with my plex lately that seem pretty inconsistent.

  • My Plex shows that my remote access is Not available outside my network
  • I am able to connect to Plex and play video files without issue on my Plex app on my phone remotely without issue
  • I was recently staying out of state and was able to download Plex on the TV in the AirBnb, log in, connect, and play video without issue
  • I have a Samsung TV in my office that can connect to the Plex server but gives me a playback error when I select a video to play
  • I am able to connect to Plex and play video and music files without issue on a web browser remotely (in my office for example)
  • Plexamp can no longer detect my server at all; neither on my home network nor remotely
  • On the same phone with which I am trying to use Plexamp, I am able to access Plex via the Plex app and play video, as well as access Plex through the phone’s browser and play video and music files

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if I have uploaded the wrong log file.

Please stop and restart your server. Then let it sit for a while.
Then do the same with your client(s) (either a reboot of the device or Fast User Switch in Plex)

If that still doesn’t change anything, try and set Plex server network to “IPv4 only”.
