Hello, I want to share my library with my niece but on her mobile phone when she tries to connect, the application asks her for a plex pass. How should I configure my plex server?
A mobile phone does req. a plex pass
You can invite her to your Plex Home. But doing so means that she’ll see your name and you hers when you start any Plex apps.

I think you’re mistaken. A Plex Pass is not required on a mobile device. A one-time purchase of the app is all that is needed, as noted in the Help page that @flow linked to.
