Shared libraries not showing up for user

After my mom’s account, for no apparent reason, shows no libraries, despite having shared multiple libraries with her user. Confirmed they were still shared and present on drive.

Tried to change her email address because she deleted her email address account that Plex was set up through. Long story short, we logged into Plex with a different account she had mistakenly made before.

I deleted her old user on the server side and set up a brand new user for her new email address (the different account) and shared 5 libraries. After navigating the Plex PLAYER to locate the libraries I had shared, the player says there is nothing shared… Well, there is.

What’s going on? This is twice is denied shared media exists with two separate accounts. :confused:

You need to click the invite link in the email that was sent when you invited her

Those invite emails hadn’t worked for years. She accepted the invite from her Plex account, but I will have her try it again in case this is now working function. Thank you for your help.
