I shared my media library with another account. This now wants to create a second user. Unfortunately, my media library is not displayed there. The other account doesn’t have a Plex Pass. Create user worked.
Is that possible

Not sure I get your question…

  • you’re sharing a library with a friend
  • this friend created a 2nd Plex account – as you haven’t shared anything with that 2nd account, they’re not seeing your library

I’m not sure how the 2nd account not having a Plex Pass is relevant?!

I shared my media library with another account. that works well. He has now created a managed user. This user now has no permission to my media library.
If I also want to authorize this user, I can’t find him. Can I grant a managed user access to my media library or do I need an (in my case a third) account?

That’s correct. You cannot share media with managed users.
If this is a regular Plex account which is part of your friends Plex Home, you can share media with them too.
