Shared Server only on Main User (PlexPass)

Hi,
my Server with PlexPass and several internal users works fine.

My friend shared his server to me, but only my main user can see the external server.
There is no option for sharing the external server inside my user management.

Any hints?

This is not possible. Managed users can only view the server they were created on. If the user needs access to other shares, they need a plex.tv account and then the user who shared with you would have to share with them.

then the managed users looses their ability for plex pass premium features. This is no solution.

There is no solution for what you want other than what has been described in the previous post.

A Plex share is designed to be used by the user that the server owner shared to, not by that user and all his managed users as well.

Additionally, a free Plex account can be added to a Plex Home and still get the same Plexpass benefits as the managed users

This is new, or? I put the free account to “my plex home” and not to “friends” and this user can synchronize items?

Yes you can add free accounts to your Plex home. Also, users do not have to be part of your Plex home for them to be able to use mobile sync. You just need to give their account the mobile sync rights
