before I had a second modem installed in my house I was able to use my friends plex server. Now no matter what device I try the server comes up as unavailable. I am a work from home agent for a cable company. I am using two arris modem in my house. I have my work modem bridged at the moment. I have tried port triggers on my personal modem I have tried using routed w/ out NAT I have tried to unplug my work modem. I have tried contacting my ISP with no help. the work modem when first installed was suppose to be installed as a static ip address. I called my ISP and they tried to check on their end if any of the ports were blocked and they are not. I am seriously stupped please any advice would be greatly appricated.
