Shared Server with friends but cant access

I have shared my Plex Server which is on a Synology 224+ with 2 friends and 1 can see the server and the other can not. When I unpin everything from the side bar in the 1 account that can not see I can pull up the server however he is getting a “Not authorized - you do not have access to this server”

We have tried a new account - removed him and re-added him but still cant see anything.

I am new to this… any idea what I am doing wrong?

Plex Media Server - Security Update

As a follow-up to the original report and in an abundance of caution due to a population of servers still on an affected Plex Media Server version (versions 1.41.7.x to 1.42.0.x), we have made adjustments for access to affected servers. Specifically, other users to which the server owner has granted access to the server will not be able to connect to it while the server is running an affected version.
