Local users are denied access to the server

I have plex running on windows 10 and the server runs on a synology NAS. This has been working fine for a long time. Since a little while my wife and son can’t access their user accounts anymore. They can open the accounts but then plex will say, when you click on a source, that it seems you dont have acces to the server. When i make a new account the same happens. no matter what rigths i give the accounts. The rights are correctly set. That is not the problem i think. my administrator account is still working fine. Now when plex says i dont have permission to the server, it also shows a support article:

However this seems to apply when i, myself am locked out. Is this also for my problem the correct solution or do i have to sort this some other way?

I also updated the server to the latest version and the problem remains. I am not sure when the problem started occurring exactly.

Problem Solved. Thank you very much. i normally only download server updates when plex notifies me so i didn’t know about this. My wife and son will be very happy :blush:
