I have just invited someone to share my videos and gave them access to one of my libraries.
Whenever they watch one of the movies… it seems to mark it as viewed on MY master user account. So now I can’t keep track of what video’s I’ve viewed and what they have watched.
The same goes for “Continue Watching”… If they stop halfway through a video, it pops up on my “Continue Watching” too.
Should this not be separate per user and not combined (with the master account)?
What PMS version? Sharing mode - home, managed or shared library?
You did that how?
Is the user with you in the same local network?
Have you still the old trakt.tv plugin installed?
@basilh I’m not sure how to tell wich version of PMS it is… but I’m on the beta versions of Plex Pass… and the user is using Share Library
@OttoKerner with shared lib… The user is not in the same network, as they are in Indonesia and I am in Australia. I do have a version of track.tv in my plugins… but I don’t know the difference of those, but i have had it there for a while.
Remove it, as you cannot configure it anymore to add the necessary filter you’d need to exclude the playbacks of your sharees from getting scrobbled to trakt.tv
So are ou saying that you can not use track tv any more at all?

So I need to disable the old plugin (which is what I have done) and scrobble using the web-hooks method which wasn’t available when I first set all this up?
I cannot confirm, as I don’t use it. There are many users who are using it, though.
