I have a strange situation - when shared users in my home play movies on their devices, it comes up under my (master) profile as in progress/watched etc
What can I provide to help diagnose?
Play back something as another user, let it play for about a minute, then grab the PMS logs and post them here.

Your logs show it was played by that account. Do you use TrakT?
Yes and so does tautilli and Plex dash, but it’s still there on my in progress 
Yes I do use trakt…
EDIT - Plex dash shows that users play movies, but that I am also playing them (I haven’t watched any of these yet lol)
There is a setting in TrakT to track each user separately, otherwise it counts all views as coming from your admin account.

Well I’m not really using trakt so much now that I have Plex on all my devices.
