Sharing - Labels ("Your Changes Could Not Be Saved")

Plex (Version 1.19.1.2645) is running on a Synology DS1019+. For my Movies library I am attempting to add a Sharing label so that I can restrict access to age-appropriate content, but after typing in the new label name and clicking “Save Changes,” the message appears “Your changes could not be saved.” I have attempted to access the server locally and hosted to see if that would make a difference. I have also attempted to do so via different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge). None of the above has fixed this issue.

Hi, I am also having the same issue since the last server update.
Did you manage to find a resolution?

Yep on both signed in and it is on preferred
