Im having problems with my SHIELD ANDROID tv and was wondering if someone at PLEX could reset my server cerfiicste?

Reseting server certificate is not a catch all for all problems. It solves one specific things about rate limiting which will show as a 429 error in the server logs. What problems are you having? I see nothing on your account servers that indicate there is a problem with certs
everytime i try to get into plex on my sheild it shows we have nothing in our library and in the account it is saying it couldnt connect
Your issue sounds similar to this Plex Network Unavailable on LG Webos. Does it eventually show when you hit retry a bunch of times, or when you close the app and re-open?
What is your server running on? Your account shows 2. Does it show as running on whatever that is.
