I believe since the 9.14 app update both my shield pros crash when playing the first video of a viewing session. I’ve tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the app, but it keeps happening.
I don’t have any issues with playing multiple videos after the crash and all the videos play/stream fine.
In the last week or so, they also sometimes show as disconnected from the server on launch and after clicking retry 5 or 10 times they connect then crash on the first play. Again after this, they work fine.
It feels like some kind of hibernation related issue with the shield, but this never used to be an issue.
