Shield Pro won't open Dolby Vision files

When trying to play Dolby Vision rips, my Shield Pro gives an error that “The Server is not powerful enough to convert video”. My server is a HTPC with an i3 8100t, 32 gb ram with a 1650t graphics card. All devices are on a gigbit network. My tv is also 4k, and I don’t have subtitles turned on.

The files are x265 mp4s.

Please let me know what logs would be of use.

Ah! Thank you! Uninstalled Plex on the Shield Pro and reinstalled - and the latest version works perfectly!

For Dolby vision on the Nvidia shield should the Plex app be used or should Kodi with Plex connect be used?
