Thank you to everyone that has offered help or suggestions. I have located what seems to be a fix for the “90 Minute limit playing Live TV” in this PLEX Post: Android (mobile) beta release notes - #416 by SamFromPlex. I am currently running Plex for Android 8.15.0.23620-beta on my setup and so far it seems to be working. I have not tested everything, but it does seem to solve the 90 Minute issue.
