I don’t think that all the channels are Kid safe. (Jerry Springer, Cops).
Is there a way to hide these from kids?
Yea it’s a kids managed account. Set to young kid.

Live TV to Disabled for Nanaged UsersI don’t want them to be disabled. I want ratings to be followed. Surely Jerry Spring is not a PG rating.
@tom80H :
- Open https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/online-media-sources
- set
Live TVtoDisabled for Nanaged Users
Your instructions don’t work as advertised:
I have set the “Disabled for Managed Users” and “Disabled” and yet my kid’s managed account still has access to online content on the iOS app.
can you confirm the device is actually using your kid’s managed account?
if it already does – does the change show after you switch users (and back to the managed account)?

I was definitely using the kid’s managed account, and the issue continues on the phone after switching users.
Further testing: I also logged into plex on a second iOS device to test, and it asked what sources to show on the home screen–and the online sources were absent!
I tested the first iOS device again and found that the behavior display under the kids account is now changed:
The online sources (Watchlist, Movies & Shows, Live TV) are now displayed repeatedly in the sidebar, but greyed out and not select-able. The images below are a sample of the result:

Update: I reinstalled the app and it’s working properly again–for now.
