I see this in the new features for Plex Web 3.6.0. I’m curious, what is the value of this? Not complaining, not arguing, just curious.
When you edit the library,
on the ‘Add Folders’ tab
when you actually click on ‘Add Folders’
previously it would only show you an empty folder. But now you can see the names of the files which are stored in the folder.
Well, yeah, I know what it means, I’m just curious what the benefit is. You can’t select files, only folders, so…
It is for people who don’t have self-explaining folder names. To help them determine whether they have the right folder selected.
Okay, thanks.
