I have a show that is stuck on the first Tile in “recently added” on start page even though I added it some time ago and added a lot of others afterwards, which are correctly shown in consecutive tiles after it. How do I get rid of this?

Is it the show, season, or an episode? Or a combination? It matters what was added.
The likely culprit is that what was added somehow got a date in the future, that way it’s always the newest item. You can either modify the database manually to edit the date or do the Plex Dance for the associated files so they get re-added with the current date.
It is the whole show, 15 Seasons.
Date in the future sounds like it could be the reason, I just wonder how thats possible. How do I edit the database? Would try that first.
If you are not experienced with databases, I would not try. You can really mess things up if done incorrectly. Do the Plex Dance as the safe route.

Wonder why Plex still knows where I left off if the Plex Dance deletes all associated Data.
Watched status is never deleted. It will follow your server forever.
