Show missing from Universal Watchlist Continue Watching

I added “Miss Scarlet and the Duke” to my Universal Watchlist and have watched the first two seasons and the first three episodes of season 3. This show will not appear in “Continue Watching” no matter what I do. Any ideas how to fix this?
