Hi - I was wondering if there is any way to show the Roku Screen Saver when listening to music. Alternately, is there a way to set up a photo Screen Saver when listening to music? I would really love any kind of Screen Saver so that I don’t have to hassle with turning my tv’s picture off to prevent burn in. Thanks for the help!
1 - As far as I know, when the Roku Screen Saver kicks in, it stops every other app so the music would stop playing.
2 - No. Roku doesn’t allow apps to have their own screen saver so not possible.
Hi - Thanks for your reply. I’m sorry I’m so late in replying. I thought that there was a place in Plex that would let you do a sideshow of your photos. I was wondering if that could be used as a screensaver while listening to music since it’s right in Plex. Tha KS for the help!
As a lifetime Plex pass holder, when I first got Plex years ago, the screensaver on the Roku player was a “bouncing” album cover. Why did that go away?
