Show Set to Record But Not Listed in Recordings

I have setup a show to record, and when I find the show in the guide, it says recording scheduled:

However, when I go to Recordings for that date (either Calendar or Agenda view), the show isn’t listed:
recordings
The settings on the recording are for New and Repeat airings, any resolution, any channel, any time.

Plex Media Server log files should show why it is not scheduled.

Thanks John, it turned out to be that some season 8 episodes were showing up as these two season 11 episodes. I don’t know why - the season 8 episodes followed the naming convention exactly. All I did was move the files out of the library, refresh, and then moved them back in, refresh again, and then they were tagged correctly, so that’s weird.
Overall though, I think this is bad UI design. If the episodes weren’t going to record because they already existed, then they shouldn’t have the record symbol in the guide (first screen shot). Or if they do, there should be an additional warning symbol along with a message saying why they aren’t being recorded.

The guide on series recordings is just to show you that a series recording is setup. If it was a single episode it should match the recording calendar view or recording priority.
