I’ve notice that shows that fail to record are many times removed from the Calendar/Agenda Views leaving me with no obvious way to know that anything went wrong.
I have confirmed this is happening by taking screenshots of the Calendar/Agenda Views before any of those shows attempt to record. After they do, I go back to the Calendar/Agenda Views and compare it to my screenshots.
This is very frustrating and does not help me in attempting to diagnosis the issues, because I’m not even aware there was an issue.
