I have two synology nas servers running Plex media server: a ds414 and a ds415play. Yesterday the 415play started acting up. It has worked fine up until then.

Both are in the same room, on the same switch with the same gateway and subnet.

The Plex server often shows as unreachable on our Apple TV and other devices. They are on the same network as well. Every so often it will show again. On our windows 10 computer which is in the same room and on the same switch as the synologiss, also same subnet , it has the server offline regularly as well.

The other plex media server is working just fine and showing on the Apple TV and other devices.

How do I fix this?

It was working ok, maybe a bit slow, up until yesterday. What would you need to see what else the problem might be?
