Shows and films finishing early

Shows are ending early, at the same place each time, about two minutes before the end. Films doing so about ten minutes before the end.
Similar posts from 2 and 5 years ago suggest adjusting transcoder buffer to 15, which has not changed anything.

I’ve also changed the transcoding quality to “prefer higher quality” No luck.
