These two shows now have duplicate tvdb ids associated with them in plex due to them changing at tvdb. Plex rarely (if ever) picks these up so it will need to be fixed manually. Details below …

At least on TVDB’s side it looks like it was unintentional though bumbled (and weirdly resolved - what good is a backup if it just creates a new reference instead of restoring back to original state?).
For my own education, how did you figure that out ? I’m very much a tmdb person and only look at tvdb as a last resort but am curious as to how you figured that out.
They aren’t very transparent usually but if you create a login you can access the Notes section and that can usually get you some indicators. It’s rarely “official” but sometimes you’ll get info from folks who have access to the more official chats\power user areas.
The Helluva Boss notes are full of drama if you wanna see a busier area. 
TVDB is usually pretty reliable for being consistent because they are more strict so this fumble seems outta character for them really.

Hmm, that’s odd. Or I misunderstood your post. I’m fairly certain that 350665 is the original TVDB ID for The Rookie since 2018. I have this show set up in FlexGet, and this is the ID I’ve been using since the show premiere.

Your right, it was. I cannot speak to the processes at tvdb but something within the last week or two resulted in it changing from 350665 → 465258 causing plex to now have two ids. You can see this very easily if you try and match using tvdb-350665 and tvdb-465258 as both match the show.
Whatever metadata code plex use to detect id changes appears to never or very rarely do cleanup when this type of thing happens (Dope Girls has been a problem since January). The plot thickens as tvdb have now reverted to 350665 for the rookie !
TMDB has fixed this already so plex need to now remove tvdb://465258.
