Incorrect show id from tvdb

I’ve added the show ‘A Discovery of Witches’:
https://www.thetvdb.com/series/a-discovery-of-witches

It picks it up as id 343337 when it should be id 351291.
DEBUG (networking:166) - Requesting ‘https://tvdb2.plex.tv/series/343337?lang=en’

The strange thing - when you do a google search for tvdb show 343337 it looks like that may have been the original id. But now when you go to that id it’s invalid:

Does the plex server use an out-of-sync mirror for tvdb to pick up the initial id? I can’t figure out how to get it to find the correct show id.

BTW, forgot to mention, doing a manual ‘Fix Match’ fixes the problem.

How are your files and the folder named?
Are these mp4 files?

I’ve changed the names a few times while trying to get them to match, so I’m no longer sure.

I don’t think that matters though. What’s interesting is that there is no show id 343337 at tvdb. But there used to be.

Maybe what happened is that it was first entered as 343337 and then changed to 351291 and my server happened to pick up the first number before it was changed.

I’m having the same issue, it finds the show but returns no information.

I think the issue is with TVDB than Plex, so hopefully it’ll be fixed soon.
