I gave my iPad to my wife and she is going through the process of restoring to her settings. Trying to get the latest Plex app up and running has hit a roadblock though. I’m getting “ User could not be authenticated. This IP appears to be having trouble
signing in to an account (detected repeated failures)” and sometimes just “ User could not be authenticated.” Just the app itself. Able to sign in from Safari on the same device. Also tried connecting from a tethered network with no luck. User credentials are triple checked and correct. I’ve also double checked the app network settings and even deleted and reinstalled.
Anyone have any thoughts to get this up and running?
