User could not be authenticated

Good day.

I’m getting the above error on Plex mobile (Android).
I have cleared the cache of plex a week ago, and the error occured when I sign in again after that.
And now I still can not sign in, what should I do now?

Player Version#:9.31.0.3817

I tried again today, “User could not be authenticated. This IP appears to be having trouble signing into an account (detecated repeated failures)”.
