Hi. When signing in, I get the message “user could not be authenticated”. No problem on the imac but only on the iPhone - is it a block as I did get the password wrong when trying from memory at work?
I don’t see an IP block on your account.
But you did change your password a few days ago…
Thanks Otto. Any suggestions? I have no problem n the iMac - but want to sign in on my phone so I can Airplay to the TV. I plan to move all my family camcorder movies to PLEX - but this is a bit of a stumbling block.
Is your phone currently using your own home WiFi or mobile data?
Or is it in ‘plane’ mode?
