Installed Plex app on a second Android phone today but am unable to sign in either via the app or in browser at https://plex.tv/sign-in/
I have a Plex Pass and am able to sign in from other Android phone (App and browser) and Windows 10 desktop (App and browser).
The failing Android device just says “You appear to be having trouble signing in to an account. You may wish to try resetting your password at https://plex.tv/reset”. After several attempts, it temporarily blocks my IP and I can’t sign in from anywhere on the home network until the block is lifted.
I am certain this is not an incorrect username/password issue.
Any help/suggestions appreciated.
