not posting this from home so i dont have the exact versions, however both my pms and fire tv app are up to date currently.
this issue started when i switched to fire tv from nvidia shield. my nvidia is having other issues that i need to get repaired. so i have 3 profiles under my master account. one for content me and my girlfriend watch together, one for me, one for her. this is so its easier to keep track on shows we watch together or alone. example: i sign into my personal managed user, it then displays my girlfriends user and her continue watching and place markers for shows. i sign into hers and see our shared account, i sign into our shared account and get a splash screen for the new free movies and tv shows from plex.
the only thing that seems to fix it is if i force close the app and clear cache. that only corrects it for 1 or 2 times of using and then it goes back to the same problem.
any ideas? or is anyone else having this issue?
