Thanks bro, but I hate bug geni.. always have. Terrible navigation and just plain outdated.
If it's okay I'll stick to this forum as I have been, I hope you are still going to check in here for bugs reports and requests?

No worries ... I haven't used it before so will see how it goes ...

I think you might be better off with a blog.
I know people enjoy posting on them and they’re very user-friendly for everyone.
Could act as the same thing Bug Geni does but so much better and more modern.
I for one would post frequently on it
Blogger is free… And is awesome!! So many ways to customize and make it your own so easily.

but in this forrum will be hard to track an issues. I think if Simon change rights than it will be OK. Or Simon you may try someone from http://www.thegeekstuff.com/2010/08/bug-tracking-system/
OK so the bug reporting system I installed is pretty rubbish so I have scrapped it ... Will try something else ...
BTW I have finally cracked subtitles, generic transcoding and the mkv issue ... I am working on building a nice interface to the built-in LG media player ... should have something to show in the next few days - time permitting.

Hi simon
Will the last played saved feature be fixed soon so it remembers where you stopped etc or is that a little more complicated.?
Hi @all,
for which LGTVs does this app work? Didn't find information on this. Have I missed something?
I have a 2011 model, namely 42LM620s. Can anybody say, if it will work on it?
Thanks in advance,
PiEleX

Some people report it working on 2011 models, but it can be slow due to resource requirements.
I only have the most recent 2013 model so can't say for sure ...

It's on my list of things to do, but right now I am concentrating on getting the initial player working.

In The Netherlands we love movie’s in the original language so some of us need subs to understand the movie’s.
For the people for how english is not there native language it is the most important addon.
Waiting for your next update because i the can test it with my kids .
Thanks in advance.
( sorry for my english it is not my native language )

Fantastic!!
This time I remembered I should mention that there is no watched/unwatched icons on titles when viewing.
I hope in time you can add this to because it's very important. Right now I have to remember what I've seen what I haven't without having to switch the show list types. Also the app doesn't seem to be updating the watched/unwatched status on PMS.
Thanks simon

Ok, I'll give it a try and test it :)
Will report if it works.
Thank you.
@Simon regarding the subtitles… could you test a 3D movie and look how it works with subtitles? Even if you don’t own 3D-glasses, you can easily see if it behaves in a way that makes sense.
My friend is now in Italy and I have the keys to his house. It would be nice if I could surprise him with a working player if he comes back…
Cheers

I can test the 3D on a movie soon as we get the next update
