I would pay for a feature in settings, with a simple backup and restore page. I know a little about PC’s but changing the registry and hopefully, moving all of the right files between computers is a shame for such a great app as PLEX. I have set up dozens of playlists and collections, all from scratch 3 times now. Please add the simple back up and restore feature.
There’s already an existing suggestion discussing how to simplify migrating servers. Please comment/vote in that thread in order to help us avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes.
Unless I’m missing some unique aspect of your suggestion I’ll close this thread as a duplicate.
