One little niggle
I would remove the question marks from the ‘play from beginning’ buttons when resuming a video.
My local Best Buy has the new Apple TV in stock and I am headed there right now to pick one up. Will let you know if I have any issues with Simple X. Excited.

Hey, I’ll have a look at this tonight - off the top of my head I think you’re right but want to see it in person and see what looks right to me.

Just watched a movie with soft subtitles muxed into the video. Played just fine, and menu options were there to turn it off if desired.

Hi. Just bought the app and I’m getting the ‘No Plex servers found.’ message even when I sign in. Can you advise what I need to do?
My Plex server is on so not sure what is happening here as it just gives me a blank screen.

I’m in a similar boat to oskeyboy except I get a white screen and no messages.
I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, I’ve logged in with my Plex details and tried the PIN multiple times but it won’t seem to go further than that, unfortunately. I just get a blank, white screen.

I also get a “plex server unreachable”…
No idea why. I’ve tried adding the server with Plex login, PIN and IP address.

So do we trust this guy with our Plex logins? I notice the PIN login page ask for a login on a non secure connection. I was able to bypass the Plex login in the app to play media but not sure about signing in with Plex Pass.
Found one bug, if you delete “view via folders” it wont let you view any more videos.

I had to change the PIN login page to my own one that covers up the Plex “Premium” purchase button to pass app review. Apple weren’t happy seeing a link to buy something on a page I link to. The good news is that my page just loads the official Plex page over an HTTPS connection in an iFrame (which you can see if you inspect the source code of the page).
You can also just go onto the official Plex page at https://plex.tv/pin and bypass my site entirely - I just wasn’t allowed to use this in the app unfortunately.
I’m getting an “this user is unauthorized to view this plex server” error. Funny thing is, it’s my server, yet servers shared with me are reachable.

Thanks for getting back so quickly. Sorry but no offence but with all the current shenanigans going on you can never be too careful.
The app is working great BTW so great job on it.

No, that’s OK - it’s definitely smart to ask these kind of questions. I didn’t want to switch to my own page for that, but had to for app review.

Bought and installed the app but experiencing the same problem as Oskeyboy and Wibbler. Have entered the PIN via the Plex page and now get a blank white screen
I’m also having the No Plex servers found issue. When I signed in via IP the app now crashes on launch.
Any help would be appreciated.
Stevenson - first of all - the app is flawless and works perfectly on my new AppleTV being served by my Synology NAS running PMS. Question/enhancement request: would it be possible to add support for channels? Please and thank you!
