Thank you for reporting and providing the logs.
It’s very strange that the commercial skipper is causing the server to crash
I’ll have somebody on the team try and help diagnose this.
Also are you certain that the server is dying too? When you get this crash report can you no longer access the server through the web interface?
Yes. The server crashes completely. I come down in the morning and have to start-up the app on the Mac.
Thanks!
I won’t post any more logs until I from you.

Wondering if there is any chance the below issue is related. Not sure anyone has looked into it yet?
Mine just occurs with scheduled tasks
@drzoidberg33 Interestingly, I had another complete crash this morning at 6:48am
Yes, it looks like a badly encoded file that keeps causing the same issue.
You could remove the file from your library to workaround this for now. It keeps happening with the same A Bigger Splash (2015).ts file, probably some corrupted stream from a DVR recording.
Thanks do much. I’ll do that. In future, what do I need to look for in the logs to find this out myself?
Did you want to have a look at the file? The prior versions (prior to 1.23.) of plex didn’t crash on this file.
comskip.ini dumped a log file in the movie’s folder; did you want that?
A Bigger Splash (2015).log (1.5 MB)
Did you get a response sharing how to troubleshoot this?
Nope. But the logs have that file as the last one before crash. Plus logs are dumped in the offending folder of the file.
