Since going Premium no movies will play???

Since going premium no Movies will play but TV Shows work fine? I get the error β€œAn error occurred while attempting to play this video. Please try restarting both Plex Media Server and this app.” Obviously I do this and nothing changes. Been trying to solve this for over a week and my kids are doing my head in asking where their movies are lol :wink:

Did you update the version of PMS after subscribing to PlexPass?
If so what version where you previously using?

You could be running into the issue of not enough HDD space to transcode the media.
Previous versions of plex did not check if there was enough HDD free space

The directory used (whether default or not) needs sufficient free space, roughly equal to the size of the source file of the transcode plus 100MB.

Freed up some disk space and now things are fine!!! Thank you so much!! :slight_smile:
