Suddenly movies no longer play

I haven’t made any changes to my Plex server and my computer is running fine, however suddenly most movies in my libary (not all but most) will not play. I get an error message (screenshot below).

I run Plex Media Server off of my PC which is always on, and we stream to Apple TV, Samsung Smart TV, and Amazon Fire stick. It has always worked like a dream until yesterday.

I included logs, but I am not sure of which ones I need to include

The movies are still there on my hard drive, and they play with the regular Windows media player or VLC

Reading through Plex Media Server.1.log we find: Aug 10, 2016 22:52:51:125 [9352] WARN - TranscodeSession: inadequate disk space for transcode

You’re out of disk space / don’t have enough wherever your temporary transcoding directory is.
