Since i re-installed plex it is impossible to play AVI files

Hello! yesterday I made plex on my new qnap ts 453d.
I’m trying to play movies and TV series from NAS and PC. Those in MKV are played, those in AVI don’t start and plex loads indefinitely.
On TV and Nas same story.
I previously had a ts 251+ and never had this problem.
The same AVI files were played easily.
What can it depend on? Is there any setting to change?

  1. We need more information than just the description.
  2. We need the debug log files (not verbose) which capture this happening
  3. We also need the XML (hover over the movie -> ellipsis -> get info - view xml)
  4. In the future, please do not tag all the forums. (it’s kinda like spam)
