[Plex Media Serv] stopped running because the system is out of memory.
Synology 1019+, barely using 15% ram, nothing has changed except the new version. Never had a problem before. It restarts fine but crashes again in a few days.

Synology DS218+, 10 GB RAM. Latest DSM 7.0, DSM 7.0-41890 - latest Plex Version 1.24.1.4931.
I just checked. I had three occurences:

Before I never got this error in the course of a few years.
I may have fixed it. It looks like things got corrupted during the migration, even though it went smoothly. I ended up moving all my media to a temp directory and then trying to delete the libraries, which gave errors. It took a couple restarts of the server to get them actually cleared. Then I moved the media back and created the libraries again. So far so good but I won’t declare victory for another few days.
Looks like that fixed it finally. Smooth sailing now.
This hasn’t worked for me. I’m still getting these errors frequently.

Same error here, but happens only an hour or two after I restart Plex. I have a large library mounted. Could we get a response?
Another user whose PLEX server crashes every few days on Synology. I only recently started using a Synology NAS, so no experience with pre-DSM 7. I only ever see CPU and RAM spikes when I’m upgrading a package and installing software, never more than 30% when multiple people are watching or listening to anything (2 GB installed). Then suddenly PLEX will consume all the memory (when no one is streaming) and then crash. The longest it runs, before crashing, is about 2 days, but frequently it only takes a day. Most recent log files:

By any chance… How I can install the older version of DMS… Maybe this will solve that issue?
